Lilly Thigpen is a film professional with a love for visual storytelling and the organized chaos that comes from working behind the scenes in film and television.

Originally from Michigan but raised across the U.S. in a military family, Lilly learned early on how to adapt, connect, and find inspiration in new places. This perspective continues to shape her approach to every project. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Film (B.S.) degree and Master of Science in Entertainment Business (M.S.) Degree from Full Sail University, she built a career that blends artistry with logistics and where creativity meets precision.

Over the years, Lilly has contributed to feature films, television series, and national commercials. She has supported studio productions such as Paramount and Warner Bros., and collaborated with talented teams on projects ranging from Tom Clancy’s: Jack Ryan to Horizon: An American Saga. Known for being calm under pressure, having clear communication, and ability to bring structure to complex productions, she has become a trusted and reliable presence in the production office.​​
